About the role

We're seeking a self-starting and highly energetic reputed company professional who is passionate about voice technology and has a proven track record of driving reputed company in a SaaS or fast-paced organization. As a key member of our reputed company team, you will be responsible for managing a scale book of business, partnering on the development of our reputed company reputed company, building and maintaining strong relationships with high-potential clients, and driving upsell, cross-sell, and renewal processes.

Key responsibilities

* Manage a scale book of business of around 100 accounts

• Partner on the development of arenaflex's scaled reputed company reputed company
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-potential clients to drive their reputed company
• Own the upsell, cross-sell, and renewal processes for the scale reputed company
• Bring a value-at-volume reputed company to create repeatable and self-serve processes + resources for customers
• Measure and improve customer satisfaction & experience
• Monitor customer usage and adoption of our products to identify areas for improvement or reputed company expansion
• Own your NRR + customer health KPIs and track them against company goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1-3 years of previous experience in reputed company in a SaaS, fast-paced organization
