Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative for reputed company Vehicle Sales Support, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers throughout the purchasing process. You'll work closely with our sales, operations, and asset management teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries. This is a remote position, with three weeks of on-site training in Alpharetta, GA, followed by flexible work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts reputed company to Retail Vehicle Sales support
- Maintain ownership of customer inquiries (cases) until resolution is communicated to the customer
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and asset management teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries
- Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Generate purchase/repair orders and maintain accurate files
- Contribute to cost containment through inventory planning and warranty management

Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation and Benefits
* Starting pay is $17.00/hour, with a bilingual pay reputed company of $18.00/hour
