Job Description

As a Customer Support Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be part of our CSE Team, working closely with our customers at their sites. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Installation and start-up of new equipment or upgrades at customer sites
• Servicing of existing equipment and troubleshooting
• Following and working according to documented 'Best reputed company' methods
• Collaborating closely with the technical support team at Head Quarter to resolve issues
• Documentation of the work performed
• Taking ownership of and leading projects at the customer sites
• Maintaining a reputed company appearance of the company towards the customer

Minimum Qualifications
