Job Description
We're looking for a highly motivated and reputed company Customer Support Representative to join reputed company on a contract reputed company for one of our projects reputed company the arenaflex ecosystem. The contract term is 2-3 months, with the possibility of extension or transition to another role reputed company reputed company.
Schedule
* 5 shifts per week, including 1-2 night shifts
- Morning shift: 07:00-15:00
- Day shift: 15:00-23:00
- Night shift: 23:00-07:00
Ideal Candidate
* At least 6 months of experience in customer support or a similar role with constant communication with users (call center, service, administrative roles, retail, etc.)
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Holds a B2 level or higher in English (especially in written communication)

- Willing to work in an intense rhythm, without multitasking, but with a constant reputed company of requests

Responsibilities
* Respond to user inquiries through our support system
