Job Summary

As a Receptionist & Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and scheduling appointments using our House Call Pro CRM system. You'll also be responsible for managing reputed company media inquiries, responding to online customer questions, and maintaining organized customer records and appointment scheduling. Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from potential and existing customers in a professional and courteous manner

• Respond to customer questions about carpet cleaning processes and services, providing clear and concise information
• Schedule appointments using House Call Pro CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely scheduling
• Filter and manage spam calls effectively, minimizing disruptions to our clients
• Conduct follow-up calls with customers after appointments to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
• Handle reputed company media inquiries and respond to online customer questions in a timely and professional manner
• Manage reputed company media posts and customer engagement on reputed company platforms, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our clients
