Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative on our reputed company Member and Provider Support team, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume inbound calls from reputed company Members and Providers. Your primary objective will be to reputed company timely, accurate, and empathetic support to resolve inquiries, address concerns, and promote arenaflex's services.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle high-volume inbound calls from reputed company Members and Providers in a professional and courteous manner

  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address reputed company customer concerns and escalate issues to senior representatives reputed company necessary
  • Type information into the computer system simultaneously while answering customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems

Requirements

* Call Center experience with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

  • Health insurance experience preferred, but not required
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and type information simultaneously
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain reputed company under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

Preferred Qualifications
