Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at Arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers reputed company phone, email, and chat. You will be the face of Arenaflex, and your interactions will shape the customer experience. You will be working closely with our internal teams to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and reputed company solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field (e.g. business, communications) preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in customer service or a reputed company field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
