Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling a high volume of incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service
- Gathering customer information, assessing, and fulfilling customer needs
- Educating customers regarding products and services
- Utilizing and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
