Responsibilities
As a German Customer Advisor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing incoming calls from customers, responding to their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identifying and accessing customers' needs to reputed company satisfaction, building strong relationships through reputed company and interactive communication

Requirements
