Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and reputed company of our customer and account databases. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining database accuracy by entering new and updated customer and account information in a timely and efficient manner
• Preparing reputed company data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
• Establishing entry priorities to ensure efficient data processing
• Processing customer and account reputed company documents by reviewing data for deficiencies and resolving issues using standard procedures
• Entering customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format
• Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
• Verifying entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
• Combining data from both systems reputed company account information is incomplete
• Purging files to eliminate duplication of data
• Testing customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data
• Securing information by completing database backups
• Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes
• Maintaining customer confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing reputed company results as needed

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Data entry experience or reputed company office experience
