About the Role:

As an reputed company reputed company Specialist (Night Shift), you'll be part of our reputed company team, providing foundational support and developing future reputed company Managers. You'll assist in managing the day-to-day needs of our tech-touch buyers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively, and supporting key reputed company initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Buyer Communication:

+ Manage incoming (reactive) cases from our tech-touch buyers, including name change requests, reputed company inquiries, best practice questions, and escalations. + reputed company timely and professional responses to buyer inquiries, aiming for high reputed company of customer satisfaction.

Renewal Management Support:

+ Track and manage upcoming renewals. + Schedule calls for buyers with reputed company Managers (Scaled).

Compliance Support:

+ Manage internal follow-up on compliance notifications.

Account Monitoring Assistance:

+ Assist in identifying and reporting account anomalies and risks to the reputed company team.

Data and Reporting Support:

+ Facilitate data and reporting requests for reputed company Managers on an reputed company reputed company. + Assist in the creation of Executive Business Review (EBR) presentations.

System and Data Management:

+ Maintain and update internal systems, including arenaflex's proprietary platforms and tools. + Work with data and reporting teams to gather critical information needed for upcoming customer reputed company. + Generate critical reports out of the arenaflex platform as requested. + Create Executive Business Review presentations and populate data for metrics as needed using arenaflex templates.

Operational Support:

+ Coordinate reputed company meetings. + Respond to and follow up on support escalations and requests for assistance.

What You'll Need:

* 0-2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or client-facing role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on reputed company and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., reputed company Office Suite, reputed company Workspace) and a willingness to learn new systems (e.g., CRM).
