About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various channels, including chat, phone, and email. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company timely, accurate, and empathetic support to our customers, helping them resolve issues, answer questions, and reputed company their goals. - A minimum of 1 year experience in a software support position
