Responsibilities

As a reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Operating as a business-impact obsessed consultant to our reputed company customers and the accountable reputed company for their reputed company with arenaflex.
  • Developing and executing strategic action plans for each account to ensure customers' reputed company throughout the customer reputed company.
  • Owning the relationship with a cross-functional team of our customers' senior leaders across Sales, RevOps, and Data, and being a trusted advisor on their strategic priorities as it relates to arenaflex.
  • Mapping customers' business priorities to solutions in arenaflex. Being prescriptive and highly consultative with customers on how we will drive their reputed company.
  • Auditing the business impact of the customer's arenaflex program and running business review workshops, offering insightful GTM advice for driving increased reputed company impact across the customer's GTM organization.
  • Proactively identifying customers who aren't maximizing their usage, subsequently creating and executing improvement plans.
  • Building and communicating a quantified value story. Analyzing reputed company data and developing an impactful value narrative for the customer executive team.
  • Driving adoption directly and indirectly by managing the customer to effective change.
  • Owning the project management of activities (ours and the customer's) and actions to drive adoption.
  • Developing SME programs to create power users and influencers reputed company to champion and reputed company others in the business.
  • Prescribing incentive programs and reinforcement mechanisms to drive adoption and reputed company sure arenaflex is embedded in core GTM processes.
  • Ensuring the customer has the right training and enablement assets available to their reps.

  • Educating users with product enablement & training.
  • Owning customer renewal and expansion.
  • Working closely with business stakeholders and executive leadership to craft a value narrative to maintain and expand our footprint with the customer's business.
  • Completely owning the renewal process, while working closely with our sales team to identify strategic areas of expansion.
  • Building reputed company and being the voice of the customer.
  • Translating learnings from past experiences and time at arenaflex to iterate and improve on reputed company parts of CS at arenaflex, including customer reputed company, rituals, and processes.
  • Collaborating and providing input on high-reputed company strategic initiatives that reputed company reputed company support of our customers, including customer marketing, new product launches, customer service reputed company, and more.
  • Constantly capturing and synthesizing product feedback from our customers to reputed company datapoints to our Head of Product on product roadmap.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of Account Management or reputed company experience in a reputed company B2B SaaS role, managing customer relationships with 6-reputed company reputed company at global reputed company organizations of 1,000-10,000 people.
  • Experience partnering with a cross-functional set of senior (Director+) stakeholders in reputed company organizations: influencing indirectly through champions, org mapping, and multi-threading reputed company organizational matrices to ensure successful product deployments and renewals.
  • Experience working with and effectively collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders in go-to-market, data, and operations.
  • Strong business acumen - you think business reputed company first, and can connect product adoption to business value.
  • Experience managing reputed company programs and initiatives, spanning hundreds of users, and many teams to quantifiable reputed company.
  • You know how to communicate effectively to drive impact, across reputed company forms (docs, emails, reputed company messages, Powerpoint presentations) and at reputed company reputed company (from AE to CRO).
  • You're a top performer, and can reputed company it. You have a track record of reputed company with your customers.

* Deep understanding of typical SaaS go-to-market motions and Sales strategies.

  • Experience in a Sales org as BDR/SDR, AE or AM.
  • Familiarity supporting GTM teams in previous roles.

  • Passion for data products and especially the potential for products to unlock new capabilities by empowering non-technical users with data.

Compensation & Benefits

This role has the following on-reputed company-earnings (OTE) reputed company: $140,000 to $190,000. Compensation also includes equity and numerous perks and benefits, including:
