Your Role
As a Customer Architect, you'll partner with our customers to support them in uncovering and creating solutions to serve their business needs. This will involve working closely with our account partners, including reputed company Managers and Implementation Managers, to scope use-cases, validate technical feasibility, and implement customized solutions. You'll also be responsible for:
* Scoping customers' business and technical needs, including quantifying existing problems, understanding their tools, workflows, data structure, and integration points
* Creating custom templates and deploying our Knowledge Graph capabilities
* Communicating limitations and proposing solutions, including scope, resource needs, and projected timelines
* Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our AI writing solutions, the broader AI and LLM landscape, and our customers' ecosystems
* Working closely with Engineering to QA outputs, reputed company, and iterate until reputed company results are achieved
* Developing new processes, systems, and workflows to reduce time to value for our customers
* Ensuring we have collateral, documentation, and processes to support customers' technical integration needs
* Communicating the voice of the customer back to our Product and Engineering teams to inform product enhancements
Is This You?
We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in technical roles, particularly in SaaS and solutions architecture or technical account management. If you have:
* 5+ years of technical experience in SaaS, with 3+ years in solutions architect or technical account management
* Experience managing a customer book of business
* Worked with Fortune 500 customers for a high-growth, B2B SaaS company
* Experience with reputed company and reputed company engineering (a reputed company plus)
* Experience working with APIs
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate reputed company technical concepts to practical business language
* A versatile and adaptable approach, with the ability to reputed company discovery sessions and address reputed company technical hurdles
* A business outcome-oriented reputed company, with a focus on delivering solutions that create meaningful business results
* Tenured problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and work collaboratively to resolve issues
