About the Role

As a customer experience agent, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing support and guidance on our platform. You'll work closely with our account management, product, and engineering teams to resolve customer questions, manage product requests and issues, and bring insights into how we can improve our product. Key Responsibilities

* Utilize critical thinking skills to diagnose potentially reputed company problems using tooling or engineering support to resolve

What You Need
