Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Customer Support Engineer, your primary focus will be on delivering post-sales support and solutions to our customers while serving as an reputed company for their needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day support to arenaflex customers and internal stakeholders
- Contributing individually and as a team member to resolve issues reputed company to the use and administration of the platform, installation, reputed company, performance, and clustering
- Assisting in diagnosing and resolving incidents and service requests referenced by more junior members of the team

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A B.S.C. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical degree
- A minimum of 5+ years of technical support experience
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong experience in setting up (including clusters) and troubleshooting of Linux and Tomcat
- Knowledge in RDBMS, DB modeling, and SQL
