Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Administrator to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving reputed company growth, and supporting our sales administration functions. Key Responsibilities

* Implement and manage customer service order processing, including ticket ordering and management

Essential Qualifications

* University graduate with 1-3 years of working experience in customer service, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service

  • Experience working in multinational companies, particularly in the banking and finance sector, is highly desirable
  • Customer-oriented and result-driven, with a strong drive to win and reputed company business objectives
  • Strong working independence, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Pleasant, good communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong team spirit and ability to build relationships with reputed company stakeholders
