Job Summary
As a Client Scheduler, you'll play a critical role in supporting our growing client reputed company by coordinating appointments, ensuring accurate communication, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll act as a key reputed company of contact between clients, researchers, and study participants, managing scheduling logistics, responding to inquiries, and providing timely, professional support that reflects arenaflex's standard of reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and confirm interviews, focus groups, and consultation calls using internal tools and calendars
