Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients reputed company phone and email. You will work closely with our CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily, ensuring that reputed company customer inquiries are resolved reputed company and effectively. This is a seasonal, full-time position that requires a high level of energy, initiative, and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer escalated emails and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
