The Role
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats with our customers. You'll be the face of reputed company, providing solutions to customer issues, complaints, and inquiries while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
