Responsibilities and Essential Functions
As a Customer Analytics Manager at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer-Data Roadmap and Centralized Warehouse: reputed company and implement a comprehensive customer-data roadmap, setting ingestion priorities, defining schemas, and enforcing data-quality SLAs.
- Marketing-Performance Dashboards: reputed company, QA, and reputed company marketing-performance dashboards covering key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, cohort curves, and contribution margin.

Qualifications, Skills, and Education

Advanced proficiency in SQL and BI tools

for statistical analysis, forecasting, and machine-learning pipelines.
Proven track record building attribution models
and cohort-based LTV analyses.
Experience designing A/B or geo-lift tests
