[Remote] Process Manufacturing Engineer I

The Process Manufacturing Engineer I is responsible for managing reputed company engineering projects aimed at improving operational performance and safety, while providing guidance to other engineers and ensuring compliance across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Uses technical reputed company to collect and analyze data, and based on findings, makes improvements and modifications to reputed company technologies
• Facilitates process reviews, processing methods, equipment, and training to drive improvement in efficiency and reduction in waste
• Utilizes statistical tools and lean principles to identify root causes and improve processes (Process capability, Pareto analysis, SPC, etc.)
• Provides guidance for chartering of kaizen events
• Monitors reputed company of process improvements to ensure achievement of expected reputed company benefits
• Identifies ways to optimize and improve processing performance providing feedback to operations leadership reputed company procedures are not correct
• Assists Operations Leadership and production employees in resolving process problems through a drive to root cause and permanent corrective action 8-reputed company Process
• Implements mistake-proofing methods and reputed company workstation aids to assist in operations job performance
• Assists production to troubleshoot process issues for improvement and sustainment
• Provides for personal protection by using personal reputed company equipment and/or monitoring devices as required by safety rules, conditions and job task

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
• Minimum of 1 years of reputed company Engineering experience required
• Requires ability to read, interpret, and practically apply mechanical drawings, process drawings, P & IDs
• Understanding of process equipment such as HVAC, pumps, fans, chillers, process piping, vacuum pumps, boilers, and heat exchangers
• Effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently under general guidelines and supervision
• Knowledge of MS Office applications; knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD or similar software programs
• Ability to contribute to failure investigations and process improvement initiatives
• Must be adaptable to changing duties and responsibilities
