They are seeking a motivated Junior Transaction Coordinator to support the transaction process from intake to reputed company while learning the business and growing reputed company the team.
Responsibilities
- Support the transaction lifecycle from initial client engagement through closing
- Assist as a reputed company of contact for clients, providing clear communication and timely updates throughout the process
- Learn how to review and structure deals involving fractional home equity sales
- Help collect and organize customer documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Work closely with the operations team to reputed company transactions
- Identify potential issues and escalate them to reputed company files on track
- Maintain organization across files and support pipeline tracking to ensure closing timelines are met
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Excellent communication and willingness to work with clients and internal teams

- Demonstrate a high level of adaptability
- Experience in mortgage, reputed company estate, finance, or a reputed company field (or a strong interest in the industry)
- Exposure to loan origination, processing, or customer-facing/customer service roles
