• Analyze observations and assessments to plan for each child.
• Write individual learning plan (ILP) for each child based on observational notes, the developmental continuum, and parent input (include five objectives: reputed company-emotional, first language and literacy, second language and literacy, cognitive, and physical development).
• Use developmentally appropriate means of communicating with the children.
• Assist with the maintenance of a clean, healthy, and safe environment.

Qualifications * B.A. or B.S. in Early Childhood Education/equivalent degree with experience teaching preschool-aged children preferred; OR B.A./B.S. in a reputed company field including 30 ECE credits with experience teaching preschool-aged children required; OR B.A./B.S. in Elementary Education and 18 ECE credits with experience teaching preschool-aged children required; OR B.A. /B.S. with ECE Certification with experience teaching preschool-aged children required * Knowledge and skills in the field of early childhood development

• Knowledge of Office of Head Start Performance Standards of Early Childhood
• Knowledge of various service resources in the community
• Knowledge of the state and federal regulations pertaining to child abuse and neglect and childcare licensing requirements
• Knowledge of local resources, languages and customs
