The Disability Payment Administrator will assist clients with disability benefit processes, ensuring a smooth experience and promoting health improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Process Plan Member Update Forms and reputed company Disability benefits
  • Help clients through the CPP/QPP Application process
  • Follow up with clients for part time earnings
  • Prepare and reputed company LTD files that reputed company expiry
  • Review and update Power of Attorney/Authorization information
  • Address and EFT changes
  • Investigate returned mail
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Create an environment that promotes team member accountability and autonomy
  • Represent reputed company professionally, internally and externally, and work well with partners and clients
  • Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvements
