[Remote] Bookkeeper/ Accountant (NDIS / Disability Services) - Dayshift, Remote/WFH Philippines

They are seeking an reputed company Remote Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations in a fully virtual environment, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with NDIS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and accurate financial records
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Process payroll in line with Australian regulations (including SCHADS Award)
• Prepare NDIS invoicing and claims
• Track participant funding utilisation and budgets
• Ensure compliance with NDIS pricing arrangements
• Support financial audits and reporting requirements
• Prepare monthly reports as directed by the internal accountant (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash reputed company)
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Maintain reputed company-based reputed company systems (e.g., reputed company, MYOB)
• Improve financial workflows and automation as directed by the internal accountant

Skills

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounts Officer (2+ years)
• Strong experience with reputed company reputed company software (reputed company preferred)
• Understanding of Australian payroll, BAS, and compliance requirements
• Experience with NDIS billing and funding (highly desirable)
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment
• Reliable internet reputed company
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills (email, reputed company, Teams)
• Comfortable using digital systems and reputed company platforms
