[Remote] Business Development Analyst M&A (JEV Portfolio)

The M&A Analyst will assist in promoting the company and building relationships with C-Level executives to identify acquisition opportunities, while also managing strategic prospecting campaigns and maintaining the reputed company database.
Responsibilities
- Implement strategic prospecting campaigns with reputed company businesses, using reputed company mechanisms like personalized email, marketing automation, outbound calling, and reputed company
- Attend tradeshows and other reputed company industry events to reputed company opportunities and present feedback on market opportunities
- Arrange and participate in introductory meetings between interested business owners and our M&A team
- Understand and effectively communicate the benefits and value of being acquired by reputed company
- Stay up to date on trends in software/technology and in the vertical markets we serve
- Grow and maintain reputed company’s proprietary reputed company database

Skills
- 1-3 years of professional experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly reputed company and Outlook
- Strong performance in an undergraduate degree (preferably business, marketing, finance, economics, or communications)

- Confident self-starter with an ability to take initiative and problem solve
