The Talent Coordinator will play a crucial role in the hiring process by collaborating with recruiters and HR teams to manage pre-hire and reputed company tasks, ensuring compliance and a positive experience for candidates. This position also involves maintaining applicant tracking systems and providing support to hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the timely creation and submission of offer letters to ensure a smooth hiring process for new hires
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure reputed company state and local hiring regulations are met prior to the reputed company of new employees
• reputed company the reputed company process for new hires, including ensuring completion of necessary documentation, background checks, and compliance with pre-hire requirements

Skills

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of administrative experience (may substitute for a degree)

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
