[Remote] Collection Associate

They are seeking a Collection Associate who will engage with consumers, negotiate repayment terms, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Engage in telephone contact with consumers
- Negotiate repayment terms in accordance with client and company specifications
- Complete and accurate account documentation

- Adherence to work schedule
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Computer basics, math skills and ability to use a calculator required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong work ethic and commitment to succeed
- Engage in telephone contact with consumers
- Negotiate repayment terms in accordance with client and company specifications
- Complete and accurate account documentation

- Adherence to work schedule
- Collection experience preferred but not required
- Comprehensive and working knowledge of collections is preferred
