Noto is building an AI reputed company operating system for after school businesses and is seeking an reputed company Manager to enhance customer experiences. This role involves managing the reputed company process for new customers, configuring systems, and training teams to ensure successful implementation.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end reputed company for new customers—from reputed company to successful launch
- Partner closely with data specialist to collect, clean, and migrate customer data (reputed company, schedules, billing, etc.) into Noto
- Configure software to match each business’s workflows and needs
- Ensure fast, high-quality implementations that minimize time-to-value
- Train customers across roles (owners, admins, reputed company) through live sessions, async content, and documentation
- Create scalable reputed company materials (guides, videos, templates)
- Act as a trusted advisor to help customers adopt best practices

Skills
