They are seeking a Customer Service Specialist I to respond to inbound calls regarding account queries and assist customers with digital banking services.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls regarding account queries, product information, and customer requests
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly while adhering to service level standards
- Assist customers with digital banking services and reputed company support for various computing environments
- Attend regular meetings for quality review and ongoing development
- Maintain knowledge of banking products and services to effectively assist customers
Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using personal computers and managing home networking infrastructure
- Customer service experience reputed company a banking or financial institution
- Familiarity with Android and reputed company products as well as supported web browsers and operating systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including email and phone etiquette
- Ability to type with speed and accuracy
