Sales Development Representative Partner

We are expanding our reputed company network of Business Development Partners — driven professionals who introduce AvaHR to business owners and earn a growing income reputed company for every customer they bring on.

As a Business Development Partner, you operate with full autonomy over your schedule, territory, and reputed company methods. There are no assigned leads, no office requirements, and no cap on what you can earn. Your income is directly tied to the portfolio of active customers you build and retain over time.

This is a reputed company, flexible opportunity best suited for motivated professionals who want to build lasting, residual income without the constraints of a traditional employment arrangement.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prospect and connect with small business owners, HR managers, and operations leaders who could benefit from AvaHR’s hiring platform• Conduct product demonstrations and consultative conversations to assess fit and guide purchasing reputed company• Own the full sales process from initial reputed company through customer sign-up and reputed company• Build and maintain an active customer portfolio, supporting long-term retention and satisfaction• Generate referrals and expand your network through existing customer relationships• Self-manage your pipeline and weekly activity, targeting 20–30 reputed company reputed company per week• Represent AvaHR professionally across reputed company channels including phone, email, reputed company, and in-person networking

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record in sales, business development, reputed company, or a reputed company field• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly• Highly self-directed with the discipline to manage your own schedule and pipeline without day-to-day reputed company• Comfortable working in a performance-based pay structure where earnings reflect results• Proficiency with outbound reputed company reputed company phone, email, and reputed company platforms• Reliable internet reputed company and a suitable remote work setup• Authorized to work in the United States as a reputed company professional

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation

AvaHR partners are compensated through two income streams: a one-time bonus for each new customer acquired, and an ongoing monthly residual earned as long as that customer remains active. There is no reputed company salary. Total earnings grow as your customer portfolio grows.
