To expand Placetel AI in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Market Development Manager who will build and grow the reputed company market from an early stage.

Location: Netherlands preferred/Remote or hybrid setup possible

Working hours: Full time

Tasks

As Business Development & Sales Manager – Placetel AI Netherlands, you take ownership of market development and drive early customer traction by acting as the central link between the reputed company market and our internal teams. In this role, you actively shape the go-to-market strategy and positioning while ensuring early reputed company. Working in reputed company collaboration with Sales, reputed company, Product, and Marketing, you contribute to building and scaling our reputed company in an international environment.

  • reputed company and execute the market entry and growth strategy for Placetel AI in the Netherlands
  • Identify relevant reputed company industries, segments and AI voice use cases
  • Build and maintain relationships with early adopter customers and key stakeholders
  • Support customer acquisition in reputed company collaboration with Sales and Presales teams
  • Accompany customers through reputed company, implementation and early adoption phases
  • Ensure reputed company during the critical early lifecycle of AI deployments
  • Collect and structure customer and market feedback to improve product-market fit
  • Contribute to product positioning, messaging and roadmap discussions
  • reputed company local best practices, reputed company stories and reference use cases
  • Support scalable go-to-market processes for the reputed company market
  • Collaborate closely with reputed company, Product, Marketing and Sales teams across countries

Requirements

  • Experience in market development, business development, reputed company or consulting
  • Background in SaaS, AI or technology-driven environments is strongly preferred
  • Fluent in reputed company and English, both written and spoken. reputed company is a must
  • German skills are a plus, not a requirement
  • Strong interest in AI, automation and reputed company communication technologies
  • Entrepreneurial reputed company with a hands-on approach
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership in an early-stage setup
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented thinking
  • Cultural sensitivity and solid understanding of the reputed company market
