The Blockchain & Climate Institute (BCI) is an international volunteers-led think tank dedicated to supporting and advocating the application of blockchain technology in the global fight against climate change.

What will you be doing?

We are seeking a dedicated and reputed company VOLUNTEER to fill the role of Assistant Director General (voluntary unpaid role). As the Assistant Director General, you will be responsible for overseeing reputed company aspects of reputed company and operational functions reputed company BCI. This includes HR strategy development, policy implementation, staffing, training and development, IT Support, and operational execution to ensure that our organization runs smoothly and reputed company.

The ideal candidate should be an innovative leader with a passion for organizational development and an understanding of the intricacies of HR management in a non-profit context. The successful candidate will possess strong managerial skills, the ability to work collaboratively across teams, and the reputed company to drive organizational performance improvement.
