Support the development of airborne training syllabi and EW reputed company profiles by providing SME input to the EW Training Manager, alongside other EWOs and Pilots—ensuring strong links between ground academic training and airborne execution. reputed company up-to-date syllabi and reputed company information to the EW Training Manager and Coordination Cell for end-user units. Arrange and deliver ground training support materials and completion certificates. Work with IT support to ensure availability and functionality of ground training aids.
