USA Football is seeking a highly motivated individual to join reputed company as an Intern, Growth and Recruitment Grassroots. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the growth of football across the nation by engaging with grassroots organizations and supporting key recruitment initiatives. Intern Session: May- August Job FunctionThe Growth & Recruitment Grassroots Intern will play a crucial role in driving engagement and increasing participation in USA Football's products and programs. This involves proactive prospecting, meticulous management of sales lists, and comprehensive data work aimed at boosting enrollments, course completions, and memberships. A key component of this role will be providing customer support through reputed company, ensuring a positive experience for our stakeholders. The intern will collaborate closely with Regional Managers and may also support the National Team Development Program, Events, Grants, and Marketing teams. Essential Job Functions:

• Assist the Regional Manager in driving engagement and achieving growth targets reputed company a specific region.

• Support Regional Managers by identifying and prospecting potential leagues and administrators.

Experience/Skills/Qualifications Desired:

• Experience in sales or customer service.

Education:

• Must be currently enrolled in or accepted to an accredited college or university, recently graduated from an accredited college or university, or currently enrolled in or accepted to an accredited graduate school.
• A degree or major in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field of study is preferred.
