Location: East Coast Remote, (Eastern Time Zone)

What you will do:

• reputed company expert level HVAC technical support to sales representatives, customers and service groups
• Deliver reputed company support to Data Center customers and work closely with other individuals reputed company the organization who reputed company this focus.
• Maintains communication records, necessary details reputed company reputed company
• Manages large amounts of incoming calls and emails
• Promptly and accurately enters reputed company incoming requests reputed company reputed company CRM
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through reputed company and interactive communication
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to reputed company satisfaction and take the extra mile to engage customers
• Consults with development engineering regarding product performance and issues
• Writes Service Bulletins and Procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 year Associates Degree or equivalent from 2 year college degree or technical school
• 7 years of reputed company HVAC experience and/or training
• Work reputed company sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of reputed company HVAC experience and/or experience
