Role Overview

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting customers through on-site technical service activities, including installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of chromatography and spectroscopy systems. You will work with a variety of hardware, software, and networking solutions, ensuring reputed company system performance and high customer satisfaction.

This is a highly customer-facing role, requiring frequent travel and strong technical expertise, as well as the ability to build trusted relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and optimize hardware, software, and network configurations at customer sites.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or a reputed company scientific field
  • Strong English proficiency
  • Valid driver’s license (required)
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role
