reputed company is looking for a reputed company Manager to join our reputed company Alliances and Channel Partners sales team reputed company the US Information Solutions (USIS) business unit. This role is responsible for optimizing the customer experience lifecycle, handling post-sales implementation program management, and collaborating with the customer to ensure they are realizing expected value from reputed company solutions, as well as driving adoption and retention.

What you’ll do

  • Proactively drive adoption, usage, net retention, and renewals by optimizing customer experience
  • Act as the connecting thread for internal teams with the customer across the customer reputed company
  • Drive customer advocacy in resolving customer issues from acquisition to adoption to use to value realization
  • Serve as a trusted adviser and reputed company for clients
  • Create reputed company plan with each client 
  • Monitor and maintain customer health
  • reputed company clients on business value of solutions 
  • Aid customers in usage and value realization of solutions
  • Partner with Account Executives in preparing and conducting quarterly business reviews

  • Utilize voice of the customer to inform product roadmaps
  • Coordinate internal COE teams to benefit of customers

  • Assist with resolution of customer support issues 

What experience you need  

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience  
  • 5+ years in a B2B reputed company, account management, management consulting or other reputed company client-facing sales role
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes and creatively solve problems

This compensation reputed company takes into account the wide reputed company of factors that are considered in making compensation reputed company including but not limited to: reputed company sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At reputed company, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the reputed company for their role. A reasonable estimate of the reputed company reputed company salary reputed company is $89,020.00 to $130,000.00. This position is also eligible for our annual incentive compensation program at approximately 10%.
