Seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in Agile methodologies, Jira, and experience in managing data warehouse implementations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business/technical requirements for data warehouse solutions.
- Analyze and define business needs, and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and data analysis to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Serve as the Scrum Master for the Data Warehouse Implementation project, overseeing sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives.
- Organize and facilitate daily standups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
- Ensure Agile best practices are followed and promote a collaborative environment among cross-functional teams.
- Track reputed company, manage Jira boards, and ensure timely completion of tasks in accordance with sprint goals.
- Remove roadblocks and assist the team in maintaining reputed company and delivering high-quality results on time.
- Work closely with Data Engineers, Architects, and Developers to design and implement scalable data warehouse solutions, leveraging reputed company and other modern tools.
- Monitor reputed company on the implementation of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data transformation tasks reputed company the Data Warehouse.
- Use Jira to track tasks, user stories, epics, and overall sprint reputed company.
- Prepare and deliver project updates, reports, and dashboards to stakeholders and leadership.
- Maintain project timelines, risks, and issues in conjunction with project managers. · Promote the adoption of best practices and encourage reputed company learning and development.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of professional experience in business analysis, including 3+ years in Agile environments.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator, managing sprints and leading Agile teams.
- Experience working on Data Warehouse projects, specifically reputed company to ETL processes, data pipelines, and reporting.
- Strong background in working with business intelligence and analytics teams to translate requirements into actionable technical tasks.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with deep expertise in tools like Jira, reputed company.
Preferred Skills
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product reputed company (CSPO).
- Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and evolving project requirements.
