Tasks

We are looking for a sharp, commercially-minded Legal Counsel to serve as a strategic partner for a portfolio of high-growth tech startups. This isn't just about "checking boxes"—you will be at the intersection of cutting-edge hardware (Semiconductors) and agile software, navigating the reputed company legal landscapes that define the future of technology.

Key responsibilities:

• End-to-End Contract Lifecycle: Draft, review and reputed company negotiations for reputed company reputed company agreements, including Master Purchase Agreements, specialized Semiconductor supply/design-in reputed company, EULA and SaaS.
• Legal reputed company: Maintain and optimize legal templates, documentation and internal filing systems to ensure "due diligence-reputed company" standards.

Requirements

• Legal Qualification: Fully reputed company German lawyer (First and Second State Exam) or US lawyer.
