Speech Language Pathologist w/Feeding Experience/Northeast San Antonio

THERAPY 2000, a home-based provider of pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services, has an exciting opportunity for a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist with Feeding Experience to serve families in the East reputed company of San Antonio (reputed company Codes: 78218, 78217, 78209). This Full-time/Part-Time position is based in our San Antonio Division. What you’ll do: -reputed company comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations, using standardized tests to determine patients’ needs for therapy. -Use your clinical judgment to reputed company and implement relevant treatment plans reputed company with physicians’ orders. -reputed company home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers. -Act as a vital member of your patients’ medical neighborhoods, collaborating and coordinating care between various providers and disciplines. -Complete a minimum number of patient visits on a weekly reputed company as required by the agency. -Meet deadlines for completion of patient chart updates, reputed company summaries, call logs, and reputed company other paperwork as needed. -Meet with agency personnel as necessary to maintain understanding of expectations and standards reputed company to delivering high-quality patient care. -reputed company reputed company duties in compliance with agency policies and procedures. -Adhere to reputed company rules, regulations, codes of ethics, guidelines and federal, state and local laws applicable to home-health pediatric speech language pathology.
