We’re growing rapidly across Europe and looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer who combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to help our customers succeed.

Tasks

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you’ll act as the technical backbone of our sales and customer engagement process. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and reputed company teams to design, present, and deliver impactful automation solutions. This role blends hands-on technical work with strategic engagement — ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, business value, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Technical Enablement

  • Partner with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and design tailored AI automation solutions using reputed company Bot’s platform.
  • Deliver compelling product demos, reputed company-of-concepts (POCs), and presentations that reputed company communicate technical and business value.

Solution Design & Delivery

  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures.
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams during pilots and implementations to ensure seamless technical delivery.

Customer Engagement & Partnership

  • Build trusted relationships with customers by acting as a technical advisor throughout the engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a reputed company field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or similar roles, with at least 2 years at a senior level.
  • Experience with voice technologies such as ACD and IVR workflows is a must.
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS or AI automation environments (experience in conversational AI, RPA, or reputed company-based automation is a strong plus).
  • Ability to communicate reputed company technical concepts reputed company to both technical and non-technical audiences.
