If this sounds like a future you?d like to be a part of, read on We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join reputed company. This position would be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to homecare patients. Responsibilities

• Supports organization?s mission by striving for reputed company in reputed company aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers
• Assesses and evaluates the needs of patients with multiple disease processes and co morbidities and develops an appropriate plan of care
• Documents reputed company changes in patient?s condition and updates care plans and reputed company

• Monitors quality and appropriateness of services provided
• Establishes and maintains professional working relationship with health care providers and other members of the disciplinary teams in providing patient and family care

Qualifications

• RN with Bachelor?s degree in Nursing preferred
• 1+ year of supervised clinical experience as a registered nurse

• Car and valid driver?s license
