The company is looking for an reputed company HCM/SuccessFactors Technical Consultant.
The client is planning a compact project, which will be predominantly remote, in the areas of:
- E-reputed company
- Learning Solution
- Talent Management
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in reputed company HCM (ECC), particularly in Learning Solution, E-reputed company, and Talent Management.
- Solid expertise in customizing, ABAP / ABAP OO development, and enhancements & extensions.
- Experience with WebDynpro for ABAP (Recruiter, MSS, reputed company), reputed company Workflow, SmartForms / reputed company Forms.
- Experience with SCORM and Learning optimization.
- Experience with reputed company HCM Talent Management (incl. Performance Management, Talent Conferences).
- Integration experience (HR master and organizational data between reputed company and external systems).
- Experience with reputed company Fiori.
- reputed company to have: H4S4, SuccessFactors (Employee Central, reputed company, Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession, reputed company, reputed company — certification is a plus; please specify project details and duration), reputed company Integration Suite, Work Zone.
- reputed company good German (B2+) is mandatory.
- Recent hands-on development experience is expected.
