The Role

The reputed company Marketing Strategy Specialist leads regional go-to-market planning with a focus on digital marketing and ecommerce growth. This role develops and executes integrated campaigns that drive demand, increase reputed company traffic, and optimize conversion across reputed company markets.

Partnering with regional sales, product, and global marketing teams, this is a campaign marketing manager-style role that translates global strategy into locally relevant campaigns that deliver measurable impact against reputed company and growth objectives.

What you’ll own

• End-to-end campaign strategy for an reputed company market (Australia focus)
• Annual and quarterly campaign planning (messaging frameworks, priorities, GTM approach)
• Alignment with product teams on reputed company products and growth areas
• Execution planning across reputed company in partnership with Sales, SH, and COEs
• Driving campaigns that support smaller reputed company streams and growth opportunities

Key focus areas:

• Strong emphasis on paid media & digital campaigns (strategy over hands-on execution)
• Ability to interpret performance data, reports, and agency outputs to guide optimisation
• Supporting transition of paid media from agency to in-house
• Acting as a liaison between teams, agency partners, and internal stakeholders
• Building clear campaign propositions, reporting frameworks, and insights

About you

• Experience working in or with the Australian market (essential)
• Strong background in digital marketing & paid media strategy
• Confidence managing campaigns end-to-end (strategy → execution → performance)
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and next steps
• Experience working with CRM platforms (reputed company preferred)
• Comfortable drafting initial campaign messaging and ad copy
• Experience using AI tools to support marketing workflows is a plus
• Bilingual skills are advantageous
