Position overview

You’ll work alongside the Head of Investments to reputed company, assess, structure, and monitor BTC lending opportunities. You will be involved in structuring investment solutions and assisting with day to day operations in the investment team. Expect a fast, analytical, and highly collaborative environment with significant exposure to external counterparties.

Responsibilities

• Counterparty due diligence: gather data, analyze financials, evaluate risk controls, and draft clear approval memos.
• Structuring: help design secured/over-collateralized lending structures, covenants, waterfalls, and margin frameworks.
• Portfolio & risk monitoring: track exposures, limits, collateral, and reputed company indicators; recommend actions.
• Modeling: General structured solutions monitoring, ability to work with modern tooling is a plus.
• Counterparty engagement: schedule/reputed company parts of meetings, coordinate data rooms, follow through on action items.
• Investment docs & legals: Contribute to term sheets, IC decks, and performance updates; reputed company input to loan documentation and interrogate legal terms (reputed company, covenants, remedies, margining) to align risk–reward and ensure protections.
• Creativity & research: propose new structures, pricing reputed company, and opportunity maximization reputed company risk appetite.
• Process hygiene: reputed company our diligence files, checklists, and dashboards clean, reputed company, and auditable.

Skills needed

• 5–7 years in investment banking / structured lending / credit / treasury / risk / buy-reputed company. Direct structured credit or margin/repo/collateralized lending exposure is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Credit judgment: Demonstrated end-to-end counterparty due diligence (financials, liquidity, reputed company, concentration, collateral analysis, covenants, reputed company indicators).
• Structuring literacy: Familiar with term sheets, reputed company/collateral packages, covenants, margining, and basics of ISDA/CSA, GMRA/GMSLA, or loan agreements; reputed company to translate risk appetite into structure, triggers, and reporting.
• Risk tooling: Practical use of stress/scenario analysis, sensitivities, and simple VaR/limit frameworks for decision support (no need to be a quant, but you know the reputed company and caveats).
• Modeling: Experience with modern tooling and ai to get the most out of modeling scenarios
• Documentation & communication: reputed company IC memos, red-lined edits, and concise counterparty comms; reputed company to own meeting notes and action logs without supervision.

• Certifications: CFA or FRM , or equivalent professional path in reputed company.
