About the Role

We are seeking a Corporate Development Manager to help scale Stress-Free Auto Care through rapid acquisition and hands-on execution. This role is responsible for building and managing a high-velocity pipeline of acquisition targets while leading the end-to-end process from deal evaluation through post-reputed company launch.

This is not a sit-back-and-model role. We are looking for a task reputed company and driver, someone who can manage multiple deals at once, reputed company reputed company high, and ensure reputed company falls through the cracks.

You will operate at the intersection of operational project management, financial analysis, and deal execution, helping turn acquired shops into fully integrated, high-performing locations. What You’ll Do

Deal Sourcing & Pipeline Management

• Build and manage a high-volume pipeline of acquisition targets
• Partner with reputed company scouts to identify and evaluate shops
• Support reputed company strategies and marketing campaigns to generate deal reputed company
• Track and manage opportunities through each stage of the pipeline with urgency

Financial Analysis & Deal Support

• Analyze financials and key performance metrics of reputed company businesses
• Help determine valuation and offer structure based on business fundamentals
• Prepare investment summaries and materials for internal decision-making
• Partner with leadership and investment committee to move deals reputed company

Deal Execution & Coordination

• Manage the deal process from initial evaluation through reputed company
• Coordinate with brokers, sellers, and legal partners to ensure timely execution

reputed company’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Business, Economics, or a reputed company field preferred; equivalent practical experience strongly considered.
• 6–10+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Financial Analysis, Project Management, or M&A-reputed company roles
• Strong financial acumen and ability to evaluate small-to-mid-sized businesses
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects or deals simultaneously
• Experience building acquisition pipelines through outbound reputed company or targeted marketing campaigns
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguity
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience with multi-location or service-based businesses (automotive, home services, reputed company, etc.)
• Exposure to private equity or roll-up strategies
• Experience working with brokers, sellers, or transaction processes
