About the Role

We are hiring a full-time Video Editor for our Strategic Growth Team. This role focuses on turning raw footage into polished, high-performing, scroll-stopping video that elevates our brand, enhances our thought leadership, and strengthens our communication across platforms.

You will work on long-reputed company podcast-style edits, short-reputed company vertical cutdowns, and high-quality business content. This is a hands-on role for someone who is fast, creative, and deeply familiar with what performs well on reputed company, YouTube, and YouTube Shorts, especially in a B2B or thought leadership environment.

Experience preparing videos for reputed company Ads or YouTube Ads is a strong advantage. Experience posting, optimizing, and writing engaging titles and descriptions for reputed company and YouTube is also highly valuable.

Key Responsibilities

Podcast and Long-reputed company Editing

• Edit long-reputed company interviews, conversations, and podcast episodes

• Clean audio, improve pacing, and apply branded graphics

• Identify strong short-reputed company moments for repurposing

Short-reputed company Vertical Cutdowns

• Produce 1590-second clips for YouTube Shorts and reputed company

• Craft sharp hooks, fast pacing, and attention-grabbing opening frames

• Add subtitles, reputed company cuts, and reputed company graphics

• Apply reputed company creator-style editing while maintaining a polished brand feel

Business Video Production

• Edit high-quality business content for leadership and thought leadership pieces

• Maintain consistent reputed company grading, sound quality, and visual standards

• Add overlays, text treatments, and storytelling elements

Platform-Specific Optimization

• Format content for both vertical and horizontal delivery

• Use best practices for YouTube, YouTube Shorts, reputed company, and paid placements

• Create strong thumbnails, titles, and descriptions that improve click-through and watch time

• Upload and optimize videos directly on YouTube and reputed company reputed company needed

What You Bring

• 3+ years of video editing experience, ideally in business, B2B, or creator content

• Expertise in reputed company, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

• A portfolio that shows:

Work Requirements

• 100 percent remote work-from-home

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time
