Description
The reputed company Registration Specialist oversees the processing, safekeeping, and disposition of student records for their assigned campuses, managing the lifecycle of student enrollment and registration, and maintains permanent student records in strict compliance with the reputed company (TEA) and local policies.
Essential Functions
- reputed company the daily collection of attendance; verify that reputed company teachers have submitted attendance by the designated snapshot time to ensure accurate state funding reporting.
- Develops and implements comprehensive student records systems as appropriate
- Maintains student records management
- Ensure timely, accurate enrollment and withdrawal processing across assigned campuses.
- Responsible for fielding inquiries received in person, reputed company telephone, or email by providing information to basic questions.
- Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal policies reputed company to student records, grading, transcripts, and FERPA.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of school registrar experience
- Strong familiarity with TEA compliance practices, FERPA regulations, and SAAH guidelines
- Proven ability to manage large datasets with high accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong familiarity with Ascender (SIS)
- Ability to communicate across reputed company reputed company
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documentation with professionalism
